Reservation Policies

Check-in at 4pm (guest desk closes at 9:30pm, kindly make prior arrangements if you need to check in later)

Check-out at 11am

Rates & Rooms

All rates listed are daily. The standard rooms and one-bedroom suites are 2 guests maximum. The 2-bedroom suites can accommodate up to 4 guests. The 4-guestroom cottage can house up to 8 guests. The location of the rooms and suites are subject to availability upon arrival.

Age – 12yrs of age and above

Pets – Not Allowed

Minimum Stays

Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay and a three-night minimum for holiday weekends. Please contact us for shorter stay requests.

Charges

Reservations are charged 5 days in advance. 

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you have to cancel within four to five days prior to your arrival, a charge of 25% of the total reservation will be applied. After which time there is no refund

Our policies are subject to change without notice.

Other Policies

-All guests must sign a waiver form, prior to arrival on the property.

-No smoking, vaping or use of any illicit drugs anywhere on the premises or by the lake.

-No loud noises or excessive alcohol consumption.

-No swimming on the lake.

-Boaters must wear a life vest at all times; boats are available from 9am to dusk.

-Fishing on the lake – must have a NYS fishing license, catch and release only, no live bait allowed.

-Swimming Pool is open from 9am to dusk.

Accessibility

The Inn at Lake Joseph warmly welcomes all guests, but the historic nature of the lodge means many parts of the property are not wheelchair accessible. Removal of necessary physical barriers for accessibility is not readily achievable as such removal would threaten or destroy the historic significance of the property.

We welcome all guests regardless of their disabilities and work to accommodate their needs to the best of our ability. Guests are encouraged to see if our property can meet their individual needs.
